The main issue with this game is that it strays way too far from the spirit of the original book. You get some of the feeling of travelling around the world, seeing interesting places, and meeting interesting people. In this game, inspired by Jules Verne's 1873 novel Le tour du monde en quatre-vingts jours and set the year before, the player controls Passepartout ("goes everywhere"), the valet to a British gentleman by the name of Phileas Fogg.
